Our lives are brought together by the things we have in common. We share friendships that have no boundaries. We see things that are truly unique, and things that are the same. Here we will knit together the strands we share...
I just got home from a short retreat with 2 knittng pals in Santa Cruz, California. Driving back from a local yarn store tour, I had everyone keep their eyes open for a flamingo and sure enough, we spotted these two in someone's yard!
The rules are few and simple. Is there something where you live that is unique? Something so ordinary it demands your attention? Our worlds might be more similar than we know.... Think photo-journalism meets scavenger hunt... Join the blog, post about your neighborhood in the real world. We will follow. I post a picture of a water tower. You scour your neck of the woods for a water tower. You post your favorite teddy bear, we dig through old boxes in search of our old teddy bears... Wanna play? Email me at mommymoshpit at yahoo dot com and join in on the fun!
